These Terms & Conditions apply to all publishers using our advertising platform.

By registering and using Paybela, you agree to follow the rules below.

We aim to keep things clear, fair, and transparent for everyone.

1. Publisher Eligibility

To join Paybela:

• You must be 18 years or older.

• You must own or control the website/traffic source submitted.

• You must provide accurate registration details.

• Your website must comply with the content rules below.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any website at our discretion.

2. Content Categories

Paybela operates two sections:

A. Mainstream Section

Allowed:

• Blogs

• News websites

• Entertainment sites

• Software websites

• File-sharing platforms

• General content websites

Not allowed:

• Illegal content

• Copyright-infringing material

• Hate speech

• Violent extremism

• Malware or phishing content

B. Adult Section

We accept adult content under the following conditions:

Allowed:

• Legal adult (18+) content

• Adult blogs and video sites

• Adult galleries

• Adult streaming platforms

Strictly prohibited:

• Underage content (zero tolerance)

• Non-consensual or exploitative content

• Illegal adult material

• Extreme violence content

Any violation results in permanent account termination and reporting if required by law.

3. Direct Link & Download Button Placement

We allow direct link placements, including:

• Download buttons

• Streaming buttons

• Unlock buttons

• Continue buttons

However:

• Buttons must not mislead users.

• You must not fake system alerts.

• You must not use deceptive “Your device is infected” messages.

• No forced automatic redirects without user action.

• No background auto-click scripts.

Download sites are allowed, but they must not host malware or harmful files.

4. Traffic Quality Rules (Very Important)

We only pay for real human traffic.

Strictly prohibited:

• Bot traffic

• Proxy/VPN abuse traffic

• Click farms

• Traffic exchanges

• Auto-refresh scripts

• Artificial impressions

• Incentivized clicks

• Encouraging users to click ads

If invalid traffic is detected:

• Earnings may be deducted

• Payments may be delayed

• Account may be suspended

• Funds may be permanently withheld

Paybela has the right to audit traffic at any time.

5. Ad Code Rules

Publishers must:

• Use ad code exactly as provided

• Not modify scripts

• Not hide ads behind misleading UI

• Not stack ads in hidden frames

• Not manipulate impressions or clicks

If improper placement is found, we may request immediate correction.

6. Payments

• Minimum payout: $30

• Payment schedule: Net 7

• Payment methods: PayPal, Crypto, etc.

Important:

• Payments are calculated based on verified traffic.

• Invalid or suspicious traffic will not be paid.

• Accounts under investigation may experience delayed payments.

Paybela reserves the right to adjust earnings due to traffic quality issues.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for:

• Fraudulent traffic

• Policy violations

• Misleading ad placements

• Harmful content

• Damage to advertiser relationships

Serious violations may result in permanent banning without prior warning.

8. Earnings Reversal & Chargebacks

If advertisers report fraud or invalid traffic, Paybela reserves the right to:

• Deduct earnings

• Reverse previous payments

• Close accounts involved in abuse

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Paybela means you accept the updated version.

10. Limitation of Liability

Paybela is not responsible for:

• Revenue loss

• Website downtime

• Third-party advertiser decisions

• Technical errors beyond our control
